If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and let us know what did not meet your expectations. Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, when possible. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on availability. While shipping damage is outside of our control, these situations will be handled promptly and with care.

- Custom, made-to-order, or limited-batch items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
