I’m really enjoying my Blue Lotus Tincture! For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been taking it right before bed to help me unwind and relax. I've noticed improvement in my sleep quality and ability to drift off naturally without feeling groggy the next morning. Also, I feel that my dreams are more vivid and memorable.

After almost finishing the second bottle I noticed that it has helped my brain reset after a concussion that happened last year. This is potent, yet gentle, medicine. During the past year, my goal has been to learn from the Egyptian Blue Lotus. The Urth Blum products have truly enhanced my related rituals. I personally use the AETHR at times when I am going out into the world to support my lucidity in the physical dream. And I use the Spagyric Tincture at times when I can relax in my own space and to support my dreams, including when I am unwinding during my evening walking meditations.
